Awaiting payment confirmation
Took a subscription. It used to work - for last few days, premium articles and paper version do not work and it shows “awaiting payment confirmation” on app. It just doesn’t work.
Good but needs improvement
Apple mobile is getting very hot if I open this app for more than 1-2 mins. But the look and feel is very good. Pls fix the heating issue.

Need the app to load clicked pages inside the app
A weird problem. Clicked pages open in a new tabbed page outside the app in ios platform. Reinstalling does not help and this does not happen on other newspaper Apps. Please solve asap

Showing error and no content is coming up
Error in opening the app
For over a month now, the landing page - “Prothom Pata” of the app is not opening. It is constantly showing error. Nothing has been done to fix it. A house which claims to have a circulation over 12 lakhs in print - is in this state! Surprising to see this sorry state.

This is a very poor app. The first page is most of the time broken. Doesn’t do justice to a great newspaper!
Sub standard App
I fail to understand how such a poor quality of interface is released for consumption to millions of people. It has been a frustrating experience using it. Most of the time it only works in bits and pieces.
Zero maintenance
Since last couple of weeks, 'Prothom Pata' in the app is not working. None from the developer has taken inititative to recrify the error.
