Application crashing very frequently
This is the last thing one would expect from a trading platform — frequent crashes, laggy performance, and an overall unreliable experience. A trading application is meant to offer a fast, stable, and accurate interface for punching orders, especially when every second matters in the market. Unfortunately, this app fails to deliver on these fundamental expectations.
The recurring issues and lack of responsiveness have made trading more stressful and error-prone than it should be. It’s incredibly frustrating to face these problems in a space where speed and reliability are paramount.
Due to this persistent inconvenience, I had no option but to shift to Zerodha, which offers a far superior trading experience. Zerodha’s platform is significantly more stable, faster, and reliable — everything a trader needs to operate confidently and efficiently.
Unless this app undergoes a major overhaul in terms of performance and reliability, I cannot recommend it to serious traders.

Age old user interface
Each time I go to ‘portfolio’, click on a scrip’s technical chart, it opens up the chart (which is not at par with other brokers) but the moment I close the chart to resume to my portfolio, same scrip, it takes me back to the top most scrip according to alphabetical order. Normally in other apps, it stays on the same scrip selected as before but in Anand Rathi, it automatically resets to the top one.

Sluggish, not works out of India
The app is very confusing. Does not work out of India. No support from the company or the developers.
