Hi there, Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear that your experience with Anaphy didn’t meet your expectations. We want to clarify that Anaphy currently offers 75+ coloring diagrams covering all major body systems, and we’re actively expanding our content — in fact, we add at least one new diagram every week based on student feedback and curriculum needs. As a new small business, we do occasionally experience technical difficulties, but we work hard to resolve them quickly and improve the user experience with every update. Regarding your refund request: please note that all purchases and refunds are handled directly by the App Store, and unfortunately, we don’t have access to process refunds ourselves.
