Refused order kept money
Won’t be ordering again if they can’t take order then don’t take money, I have to wait 3/5 days for repayment

Could be a little better
It would be great if you could see approx delivery times before you order. And it would be useful to see a “out for delivery” step in the timeline once you’ve ordered. Otherwise very simple to use.
