Worst app that exists
Didn’t work 3 years ago when I was using it and didn’t work when I downloaded it today either. Shocking get it sorted and invest some money into it

Basically never works and usually crashes when you’re trying to book into a class. No telling whether it will even allow you to log on.

Awful App
The app has never worked, you cannot log in. Waste of time even trying - better going straight to the website. Surely an app could be developed to allow users to log in and book things.
Does not work
Hasn’t worked in years. I just can’t log in and make a booking. I’ve no issues using a browser.
Even worse than the old app
Wish they would sit down with members and discuss this. I came from DW and their app was very similar but it worked. Please try and get this right.

Swimming
How do you know what swim session you have booked for? It just gives you an option for the whole day then notes 6.15, how do you know if the session you want is not going to be overcrowded ?
Terrible App
You have to enter your username and password every time you open the app as it won’t let your phone remember it. Extremely difficult to use with way too many menus and confirmations to get through. Set up like it was a shop rather than a booking app. Often doesn’t work. Randomly loses your membership card. Difficult to find your bookings when you eventually manage to make one. The old version was poor but the update is abysmal. Embarrassed for AN Borough to have produced such a terrible app, hard to understand how they could have made it quite so bad.

This had always been snd still is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Given you can’t phone into the Sixmile Leisure Centre at the minute it really shouldn’t be so unreliable.

Truly awful app
I’ve spent ages logging in and out, deleting and reinstalling the App but no joy. Really dreadful app for booking leisure activities - you have no hope at the minute of booking anything

Try writing a letter
This app is useless. You cannot log in. You cannot book anything on the Leisure Centre bit. Seriously, it would be easier to write a letter to book anything. Antrim and Newtownabbey, scrap this app and give us something that actually works
Hit or miss
It’s so unreliable, never know whether or not you’ll be allowed to log in or not. Very frustrating when to access anything now it’s to be booked online so a modern and reliable app would help
Not fit for purpose
Absolute waste of time trying to during the pandemic trying to renew dog licenses. Wouldn’t link to renewal and kept having to input details manually. Very poor value for money for the tax payer and where was the product testing before this came into service.
A five year old could build a better app
Terrible app, most of the time doesn’t work properly. What’s the point in developing an app when all it does is link you to web pages in a browser? The gym booking doesn’t appear most of the time. Just an awful UX. PLEASE FIX!
