Purchased the -ANCHEER 2 in1 Folding Treadmill, 2.25 HP Smart Walking Running Machine with Bluetooth Audio Speakers, Under Desk Treadmill for Home Gym Cardio Fitness - while this app isn’t specifically for this treadmill, my remote stopped working and I found this app and it helps control the running speed for my workouts. Lousy Customer Service
I ordered two electric bikes from this company. Gave them the exact name and description of the bike that was built from their company and tried to order parts from them. The answer me back with nice, but stupid, replies bypassing The request for parts that I described with pictures. I truly don’t believe they understand the English language. I have sent many requests even attaching links to their own website! To no avail! They asked me to put the parts in the shopping cart, yet they sell very few generic parts that don’t even go to the bike I have nor does it describe specifically which bike it goes to. They massively put their name on a bike that I’m not even sure they build. Stay away from ANCHEER! Very reasonably priced bikes… But not worth it since you can’t order parts from them and no owners or service manual comes with the Ebikes! Bad business!
