App ist viel zu teuer

Kaufpreise: 60€ für die „Premium“ App Funktionen, 99€ für die „live“ Funktion, 55€ für das Barometer. Wer ist bereit über 200€ für eine Anker-App auszugeben??? Als Abo würden die Funktionen 100€ pro Jahr kosten; das ist Wucher. Funktionen sind ok aber der Preis ist lächerlich.

Overall, great anchor alarm!

We love this anchor app and really want to give it five stars. As full time cruisers that were at anchor for two years straight in the South Pacific this was our go to anchor alarm. It has as the bells and whistles that are important to us.

In 90% of the cases we’re satisfied with the free version. In rare instances we want the premium features and at a price of $25 for the year we felt it was worth it. We subscribed in March, but unfortunately we have not been able to unlock the premium features. A couple times over the past nine months we wanted to access premium features, unable to do so we reached out to customer support (at least twice) and our message fell into a black hole and there was no response. It’s possible it’s user error on our part (what email did we use? It was so long ago!), but we can’t work that out without getting a response back from Zenkou.

Again, this is a fantastic anchor alarm, even at the fee base version. We just wish we could contact support.

Inutile si vous voulez une « surveillance à distance »

Annonce mensongère, vous ne pouvez pas suivre votre position a distance, sauf si vous êtes faite une demande ponctuelle de partage de position, mais pour cela il faut être sur le bateau… DONC INUTILE. Dommage qu il faille payer pour s apercevoir de cela..

Gut aber nervt.

Benutze es das zweite Jahr in Folge. An sich tut das was es soll, ist überschaubar und ausreichend. Online sind auch die Landkonturen sichtbar. Leider wird das Bildschirm zu 1/3 von Nötigung eingenommen. Es geht um personalisierte Datensammlung. Das Tracking wollen sie am liebsten IMMER eingeschaltet, und sich registriert und angemeldet haben. Das lässt sich nicht ausblenden. Nötigung nervt!

Application complètement inutile, pas aboutie, avec de nombreuses défaillances … à fuir !

Pas d’essai gratuit, je comprends maintenant pourquoi ! Personne ne l’achèterait si on avait la possibilité de l’essayer gratuitement avant. L’alarme se déclenche sans raison, après 24h le signal disparaît donc pas possible de l’utiliser sur un mouillage long, pas intuitif, cher etc… rien à voir avec les bonnes applications existantes !
Je l’efface et ne l’utiliserai plus.

Be careful - DO NOT TOUCH

You charged me without permission. 60 euro. There is no way to access and there is no way to cancel. How can you be still in business? Please return my money back. You should not be on apple.

A great app and a super service

I am still discovering the app but I am confident the five stars is deserved! Combined with Navionics map, it has been extremely useful, allowing to set an alarm if you drag your anchor beyond a given radius. I found effective and accurate. The main challenge is manipulating your phone and the windlass at the same time when dropping the anchor. A matter of practice. And if you have questions the WhatsApp msg is swiftly answered and the problem I had was solved. On that basis seriously considering subscribing to support the app. Fabrice

Frustrating

I have paid the 100$ for lifetime but it still tells me I need to subscribe for the features. We have paid for the live and yet it goes off constantly even though our boat has never moved.

Prezzo esagerato

Costa troppo per quello che offre. La sto utilizzando da più di due mesi e mi sta creando un sacco di problemi. Parte l allarme da solo senza nessuna motivazione pur essendo nel raggio. Altre app, anche gratuite sono molto superiori. Sono pentito di averla acquistata. Mi sono fatto incantare dal fatto che fosse parte di navionics. Cercate altrove.

Uso mucho esta app conectada a la red del barco para obtener datos de posición. Contacte con soporte técnico por un problema que tuve y lo solucionaron en menos de un día!!
App fácil de usar, intuitiva y tiene todo lo que se necesita para fondear tranquilos. Gracias!!

Cher pour pas grand chose

Contrôle a distance pas pratique du tout. Historique introuvable. Fausses alarmes dont on ne peut pas trouver les raisons. Je regrette d’ avoir pris les options payantes.

Estafa scam

Tengan cuidado primero compré la versión normal, luego me ofrecieron hacer el upgrade a la versión pro. A la semana me cobraban por las dos versiones al mismo tiempo. Cobran dos veces por la misma app. Mucho cuidado.
