About

Anchor is a sobriety and recovery support app built for the moments when staying honest matters. Use Anchor to check in with yourself, track the dates and patterns you are protecting, reflect on your recovery, and get practical support when cravings, urges, or difficult moments show up. What Anchor includes: - Daily check-ins for mood, energy, craving, focus, sleep, triggers, and anchors - Sobriety trackers for substances, behaviors, or boundaries you are protecting - A Today screen that keeps your next recovery action visible - Check-in history so you can review patterns over time - Practice modules for urges, boundaries, asking for help, and sorting out confusing moments - Relapse response support designed to reduce shame and help you take the next right step - Evening reflection - Memory/profile tools so Anchor can respond with more relevant recovery context - SOS access to crisis resources, trusted contacts, and meeting links when available Anchor is designed to be practical, private, and direct. It is not here to replace your sponsor, therapist, physician, meeting, fellowship, treatment plan, or emergency resources. It is a support tool for daily recovery work. If you are in immediate danger, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, facing overdose risk, or experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or contact a crisis resource immediately. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
