Sick of being released untested updates.
Really thought this was the best wallet app out there. Strongly reconsidering my choice.
Seems they release updates without testing them first lately. This is a huge No No in crypto. More than once these updates just make the app crash when a signing window tries to load. Hence your stuck, you can’t sign your transactions.
It’s 4.20.2024 and this update happened 3 days ago. Now we wait for them to notice somethings wrong. Long time in the crypto sphere to be hanging.

apple issue? no longer owner of my account?
i didnt have version 1.3.5 but 1.3.6. Anyway your fix does not let me import ownership keys and also I no longer can print ownership certificates. How am I supposed to know/trust that the developer app does not transmit my secret keys straight to you and exposed my account??? The newly created acounts now don't offer me ownership certificates anymore which seems a lower and inferier account. Isnt the ownership certificate (proof of ownership) why we set up these accounts. I am forced now into an inferior account it seems. This is not a true fix to me.

Horrible experience. Created an account, did the certificate and did it all correct. Got a new phone and now it won’t let me recover my account anymore saying that my 6 words are incorrect who h they are not. They are 1000% correct. These certificates are worthless. This seems to be a scam.

Please reach out to our support and we can help address this. There’s a Help button in the top left of the app to easily do this. There was an issue for about a week with the 1.3.5 release (which 1.3.6 fixed) where the encryption during export was incorrect, and we have an alternative TestFlight build available to help recover based on those incorrect certificates.

Import key via qrcode not working
The import key via qrcode is not working, I’m trying to scan a qrcode private key from another anchor app and it just doesn’t recognize the qrcode.

The best but..
Awesome tool but suddenly after the last update (1.2.0) my accounts list was changed, now it's very uncomfortable to use and I can't sort my accounts on the list either. Please use changelog to notify us of these changes in the future. Thanks
Mobile UI Issues
Hey Dev team! This isn’t necessarily a bad review just an UI issue with the text colors and backgrounds on mobile. The text blends in with the background making it difficult to see/read anything within app. Is not as pictures in app preview iPhone 12 OS: latest

We have identified the issue and working on a fix. In the meantime you can disable dark mode or the system accessibility setting called “high-contrast” and the text will be readable.

Good app but im having issues signing anything that isnt a QR code
It used to work perfectly for like a week! I was amazed! But now :/ ive missed on soo many drops/buys/sales because of this. Ive tried signing out and signing back in

Best mobile signing app for EOS
Try not to think about Anchor as a wallet. It’s a signing application that will enable you to use sites like bloks (which has wallet features) or eosfinex on the go. Once you have Anchor up and running a vast array of EOS applications are available for you to use.
