恶意续费扣费

被恶意扣费若干次，在扣费期间亦并未实际使用软件。引导性扣费，强制唯一窗口点击“免费试用”，关闭符号不醒目，对于年纪偏大以及未成年等消费者而言容易误触。同时，续费未在本期快结束的时候以醒目方式提示消费者是否续订。违反消法以及消法实施条例的相关规定，希望能尽快得到反馈和解决原路退款，即后我方不再叨扰
