I’ve done everything manageable to cancel my account, including calling my credit card company and still nothing. I may have to open a new credit card.

It won’t let me log on. It says disconnected from the server.
Can’t log it because it won’t access server
I have tried logging in and it won’t connect to server. I tried deleting and re-downloading and still have the same problem. I have even tried to log in online through the internet (not the app) and get the same error message. I have emailed and never gotten a response. I would like to to cancel my membership since I can’t access it. Do not download or pay subscription. No tech support and the app hasn’t been updated in months.
