the app is rubbish
The product pic is blur, totally can't see the details. the button like return/refund is hidden, take time to findind in, totally wates of time. The return/refund result is not infomed ,until you fogot about it. Great, I' deleted this app and never use again.

更新前瀏覽頁睇到價錢好方便，更新後要再click入去再load先睇到價錢，咁多衫睇仲要逐件逐件禁入去先知幾錢，勁唔方便
本來付款方式已經差，無apple pay之餘，支付寶又要打幾次密碼先比到錢，信用卡又成日比唔到錢

好慢，又咩都load唔到，成日hang, 㩒favorite 同cart 永遠都load唔到，係cart 入面再㩒件貨又成日話有問題，要再入過，但㩒親件件都彈個視窗話開唔到，咁點買嘢？

平時冇幫襯開你地，咁啱琴日去咗moko店買衫，cashier店員問我有冇會員，我話冇，而佢亦冇介紹嗰會員app。今日我自己download呢個app先知有$50迎新coupon + 即場儲分制度。
平時去其他鋪頭，店員都會主動叫客人download app join membership，仲會提客人用coupon，經過今次事件後對你地嘅員工同埋其培訓失望。

Slow loading of inventory
- 超慢，每頁都要等半分鐘才見到庫存，一入去會見到沒有選項，會以為真的沒有庫存。
- 想要有Apple pay，in-app purchase 而不是彈出網頁。
- cart 沒有save 在account, 搞到每次都要重新Add to cart 才買到東西。

400+ messages cannot be removed/ unread at once
There are 400+ message including the products news / promotion etc… in the inbox of the app, and I could not able to remove/ mark as unread at once. It also shows 400+ notifications on the top of the desktop icon ! It is so annoying and hope you could fix this asap. Thx
Useless Apps
Can’t load picture and many bugs. However, sales associates keep asking customers to use this apps for check membership record and benefit. What is the purpose for this?
