这种软件就是骗钱的，让消费者买单得不到完美的体验连客服帮客人解决一点问题都感觉很难的，这种情况下就知道这个软件不行，技术人员也不知道考虑一下客人的感受别人消费了，就像没消费一样，随意那么大还解决了，有解决吗？都是假的为了挣这点钱真的不至于。
