Andalus Mobile is the companion app for the Andalus web platform, designed to make life easier for both tenants and technicians. It allows users to stay connected with their residence or building anytime, anywhere, by providing instant access to essential information and updates. Tenant Mode Tenants can: -View their rental contracts and payment situation -Receive announcements and notifications from the administrator -Create and track complaints directly from the mobile app -Stay informed about their residence without needing to log in to the web platform Technician Mode Technicians can: -Access the list of assigned tasks in real time -Update task status and leave comments after interventions -Follow progress and communicate more effectively with the administration (Note: task assignments are managed within the Andalus web application.)
