Oftentimes I can’t get the login to work and resetting my password only works about half the time. It’s frustrating you cannot copy your routing and account numbers. these are just two of the issues I’ve had today. It’s definitely far behind other online banking apps & I will definitely keep this account as a backup and not as primary, which I was trying it out for. I appreciate that the customer service is good, but you have to balance that with the ridiculousness of needing to call for things that should be automated better.

Need to allow bigger deposits
App is always down
The app is always down or fails to validate my account information even after resetting my password several times. Error everytime i open the app and it has to reload whoever designed this has no idea what they’re doing. No business in creating apps at all….

Need an option to save passwords. This is the number one reason that I am closing my account. I have trouble remembering my password and have to reset every time I use the app
Crashes at startup - completely useless
Since iOS 16.4 this app will not even load. An update is desperately needed. Unbelievable their dev team would not have been testing the app with iOS beta ahead of time.

It’s fine...
It’s fine for what it is. It’s a banking app for a small bank. The only real issue I have is that when depositing a check it OFTEN tells me I took two photos of the front of the check. Took ten tries over an eight hour period today to get one through.
Andover app stinks 😩
It doesn’t work and now I can’t bank on line. This stinks and I want to change banks

The App Does Its Job
The Andover Bank app does it's job, and does it well.
(Many of the mobile banking apps in use are created by a couple of companies anyway, in this case Fiserv's Mobiliti product. So it will work just as well as a mega-bank's Fiserv Mobiliti app, only perhaps missing a few extra bells and whistles.)

Can’t login
Since I updated the app I can’t log into my account.
App does not work
Since the update, I can no longer log in. Tried reloading the app, still doesn’t work. Called customer service, no help!
