Terrible app
Very inconsistent; payments to mortgages get credited incorrectly (for example, one-time principal pmts get credited to future monthly pmts; even though the receipt says otherwise). I discovered this error when I called the bank after the stmt showed up at end of month
Could be better
The descriptions for activity is harder to decipher than necessary. Debut transactions are put as “cash”. I’ve not started using checks yet and am interested to see how much I’ll be able to view of the check or whether I’ll be able to filter all my activity by check. The current balance is weird- it goes by end of day balance the day before.

Love this app!
It is streamlined, efficient, and easy to use. I’ve never had a moment trouble with it. And so nice to be able to deposit checks, pay bills, and transfer money so quickly and easily. Love this bank!
Clunky app
App crashes frequently. Often in the middle of trying to make a mobile deposit. With so few brand specific branches and ATMs, the app and it’s features ought to be more robust and reliable. Androscoggin Bank should also allow mobile deposits in larger values.
