Disappointing
Ordered a delivery 1 hour and a half later we were still waiting, so we phoned them and it had apparently been delivered to the wrong house, so the sent another order, 2 hours after ordering it arrived, the fish batter tastes as if it’s old, ordered a tub of curry sauce and it wasn’t there and ordered bueno pancakes, they are literally 3 small pancakes out of a packet reheated with some sauce squeezed on top of it, and it’s nearly £6 for that, when actually the pancakes are pennies to buy as it’s the same ones we get at my work, the “bueno” sauce is literally A SQUEEZE, we were sharing them and I ended up having one with a literal drop of sauce on it just so my daughter and partner could have their with SOME sauce on it, for nearly £6 you would think it would’ve homemade pancakes and enough sauce for all the pancakes, asked for tomato sauce and on the fish supper and it was the poorest amount of sauce I’ve ever seen, it was quite literally a thin thread of sauce over the large fish supper, for nearly £30 between the wait, and everything else, we will definitely not be coming back, used to be a good chippy but over the years it’s really going down the drain! Disappointing
