About
Anesthesia Memo is a local-first personal case-note organizer for anesthesia professionals and trainees. It helps users structure manually entered case information for later review on iPhone and iPad.
Key features:
- Case background and procedure notes
- Manually recorded room entry, anesthesia, procedure, and room exit times
- Editable vital signs, medication and event logs, and IN/OUT records
- Five-minute charts generated only from the user's recorded entries
- Vital trend graphs drawn from the same manually entered records
- Timestamped anesthesia, ventilation, regional anesthesia, and postoperative analgesia notes
- Case archive and postoperative follow-up notes
- User-confirmed facility dilution settings for manual transcription into records
- Optional per-case non-use of facility settings
- Separate personal and identifier-reduced single-case exports
Anesthesia Memo Pro adds multiple facility profiles, multiple supervisor labels, bulk export of all cases, encrypted backup, and facility-profile import and export. Previously saved cases, settings, facility profiles, and supervisor labels remain viewable and editable regardless of Pro status. Creating items beyond the standard limits and initiating other Pro-only operations requires a current entitlement.
The app does not diagnose, treat, select doses, recommend medication, generate patient-specific guidance, or issue alarms. It is not an official anesthesia record, medical device, patient monitor, medication order system, or emergency communication tool. Official records must be completed in systems approved by the user's institution.
Charts, graphs, totals, and elapsed times only organize information entered by the user. They do not compare values with clinical thresholds or make predictions.
Case data is stored locally on the user's device. No account is required, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDK. Case data is not sent to a developer-operated server. Do not enter patient names, patient IDs, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, or other patient-identifiable information.
