App Won’t Get Past Sign In
Title says it all, the app keeps giving an alert saying “There was an error processing your request, please make sure you are connected to a stable network and try again later.” We are still in the hospital and wanted to test the app for family members who aren’t allowed to visit the NICU. It doesn’t work on WiFi or on cellular data with perfect service.

Thank God for this app! As a newly mother with a NICU baby, it is such a relief to be able to see my baby. It is not an easy thing to go through when you expect to leave home with your new baby but things don’t go as planned. I appreciate this app and all the workers for all they do.
Video Blessings
I love that I can see my loved one. My grandson. I love that I can at least see him when I am not able to see him in person. It’s a blessing that I imagine people who are unable to visit in person can also veiw their loved ones from basically anywhere if they have there phone. I’ve been able to see progress even if I’m not physically with him.

This app is the best thing ever created! When your baby/grandchild, in our case, has to stay in the NICU; watching him through the angel eye mobile app is just a remarkable thing ❤️

Such a wonderful camera system
This is awesome! Never had any issues. Our granddaughter was born way early before we could even have a shower. We set up iPad and turned the angel eye on and everyone at the shower got to see our baby in the nicu. It was very special to everyone who has not been able to see her. So many people commented on the clarity of the picture. Highly recommend!!

With my little nephew being in the hospital… I am so glad that we have this app to easily connect with him and at least be able to see him. The app is very straightforward and easy to use and the parents can give access to others that they feel comfortable with.

Doesn’t work
I would give a 0 star if I could, this app claims that I never have a good connection and my wifi is perfectly fine.
Fix the app please, it’s not letting me log in
I have downloaded the app but it’s not letting me get into my account it keeps telling me it’s a error but on the website I can just watch a live video of my baby in the nicu and I can’t interact with the app no other way i was also trying to to log how much I pump and it’s not letting me please help fix this
