Apple TV doesn’t work

I have placed multiple cases numbers to support and have been told it can’t be resolved on Apple TV. would love to watch through Apple TV but for some reason this company refuses to fix and make sure Apple TV errors are fixed. Love their context but wish they could prioritize making it work on Apple TV.
