App blanks out!
After log-in all I get is a blank page. Cannot pay online with gift vouchers.

The app blanks me constantly! I go to sign in…blank… I go to pay…blank…I can’t even reach out to the developers to get assistance…..blanked!
I’ve deleted and reinstalled it, turned everything off and on again….blank!

The App is the worst ever
Always shows error and no remind on why. Finally fill in everything and processed the the system ask me to wait for 5 min if no ticket issue the I should book again. It is such a waste of time!
Worst joining process ever
I have paid for gold membership, the app does not recognise the log in details I created, the link sent expired immediately and it also tells me my membership number is invalid. I have tried to contact support (when I was able to track them down) with no response. It actually feels like a scam it's that hard..

App needs improving
onIt won’t let me change cinemas on the app and if I go on the website instead of the app I can change my cinema but then I can’t get the gold membership?

TERRIBLE APP!!! Someone fix this
Let the cinema people are great, but there are so many bugs in the app I can’t log onto my rewards. I can’t book seats properly. I booked and paid and they gave my seats away. What’s the point of booking fee? Which again is ridiculous to be charging a booking fee per ticket.

The cinema is now my families go to movie theatre, we love the recliners and access to good food but seriously the app is the worst!
It loses my membership number, I can’t upgrade to gold membership and doesn’t give me reward points after purchasing tickets.
