Lovely and Useful
Since churches no longer ring their bells and I live in a very rural area with only cows and such, no churches, this is so helpful.
Even if I’m grocery shopping, I’ll stop where I am and say the Agelus. I get some strange looks but I don’t care, I’m honoring our Blessed Mother, who I’ll never be ashamed of honoring.

The Bells are no longer Silenced
I can remember when you could always hear the church bells where ever you were. Now in this modern time, many have gone silent. With all the noise around us people found it disturbing, and churches gave in. It is so nice to have an app that reminds us through out the day to turn our attention to something more important. To hear those church bells ring once again. It is also great that the prayers are provided. No searching or trying to remember.

Great way to pray
I love the prompts. I’m praying these prayers much more consistently now because of the notifications. I especially love that tapping the notification takes you straight to the prayer, and the bell chimes are going as soon as you open it. It makes it really easy to pause and pray in the moment. Thank you!

Cannot express how helpful the daily Angelus devotion is to keeping my prayer and spiritual life on track! This simple app (there’s not much to it) is a real game changer for keeping my heart and mind fixed on Christ throughout the hectic nature of modern family and professional life.
Helpful reminder
Love this app! Due to my schedule I only have it notify me at noon. But I pray immediately and know many others are doing the dam thing at the same time. I love being able to change which bells I hear. Great that it’s in both English and Latin as well! Please donate, even a small amount no doubt helps. There are no ads or anything, just a quick reminder on both my phone and watch to stop and say this simple lovely quick prayer of the ages. Thank you to the app developers!

Sacred Prayer
Love this app for its simplicity with deep results. There are times when I’m not able to actually separate myself to pray with the bells, but I’m still reminded in my heart of the prayer and the knowledge that others across the world are praying with me.

I’m so happy that there are apps out here to help us grow closer to Our Lord. I had just recently learned about and started praying the Angelus and this app has made ever much simpler and so glorious to hear the beautiful bells. I use it 3 times a day and don’t get tired of hearing the bells. 💖
Helps With Consistency
I could never pull off the three-times-a-day custom without this app! I don’t get the app’s notification when my phone is using Apple Car Play. I would welcome the Angelus app overriding whatever music I’m streaming at the time if I’m driving. Sometimes I notice what time it is after the proper time and go womp, womp womp. I’m nonetheless deeply grateful for the app and its easy-to-use features!

Downloaded this app a few days ago and have loved it. It forces me to slow down three times per day and focus.
Fantastic app
Easy to use, looks great, not cluttered with unnecessary features. Has the bells but no whistles, as it should. Bell choices are great (Holy Ghost Cathedral is best imo.) I wish the chime could override my phone's silent mode, but I don't know how technology works or if that's possible. Overall, 6 out of 5!

A really great, simple, clean and easy to use app! Every Catholic should download this app. I would love to see the list of bell sounds expand overtime, but even if it didn’t, you get a great selection as is right now. It’s a great modern way to practice an ancient Catholic tradition!
