Amazing tour
Just used this audio guide for our tour of Angkor. We loved it! Amazing history and background information for all the temples. It really enhanced our experience of Angkor. I didn’t have any issues with taking pictures while using the app (it was mentioned in another review). PS, loved the narrators voice, very soothing….i might use app to lull to sleep as well!

Useless if you want to take photos with your phone
Did not have a great experience with this app. We went to Ta Prohm before Angkor Wat so had to buy the paid version straight away. The most frustrating problem with it is that if you take a photo with your phone, the app closes completely and you have to open it and go through several pages before you can find where you were. Plus, it hasn’t remembered where you were up to, so you have to start that section of commentary from the beginning again. Also, when we tried it at Ta Prohm, it had two long sections of commentary and it was very unclear which bit of the temple the commentator was talking about. We gave up after a few goes at both temples.

Thanks for flagging this — you're right that losing your place was frustrating. Version 2.0.4 (now released) fixes this: the app now remembers your temple, stop, and audio position when you reopen it.
