No Support people to access
If I had an issue there was always a support person. Now it just gives you articles and no real answers to questions. I had enough “apples” to get 400 coins. Game froze. Got off, accessed it again no 400 coins in my account and the 400 coins in the “Apple” option was gone. Not a good move to get rid of support PEOPLE.

Don’t Care About Customers
The app platforms advertisers who put up ads with NO ”x” to close. I understand a timed period to “watch” the ads, but ads for games like “Tasty Travels” will let you “play” for several minutes, eventually stop, and then still remain on the screen without a way to close it out. The only way is to close the Angry Birds game completely out, restart it and when you do all progress is lost.
I’m about to delete the game because of this issue, there’s no enjoyment in being so abused by advertisers and the developers of this game — yes, you’re both responsible. The advertisers because that’s totally unacceptable and the developers who should be monitoring their game, playing it with the ads, catching this abuse and deplatforming such advertisers.
