What's New in Animal Based Coach

1.3

August 9, 2026

What's new in 1.3 The big one: you can swap any meal you're sick of. Tap the swap icon on your Diet tab, or just tell your coach "I'm over the beef and rice" — you get a replacement in seconds that still hits your protein and calories. No rebuilds, no eating meals you dread. Also new: Your coach can now see your actual meal plan — so "what's for dinner?" gets a real answer. Craving something? Ask. Tell your coach you want ice cream in your life and it gets built in the smart way, not pretended away. Setting up fresh? You can now choose between keeping meals simple and repeatable or mixing it up — your call. Eating out picks now lead with the best spots near you, with a "More spots" button when you want options. Grocery list checkmarks no longer vanish when you switch tabs. Sorry about that one. Experiments you start from chat now get properly measured, start to finish.

User reviews

Finally

I’ve been searching for an animal based diet personalized for me without either paying 100$ or just getting diets that don’t understand animal based and just give me chicken and rice.

This gives me the best of both worlds, calorie tracking to get the body I want, while also getting the real nutrients I need so my work productivity doesn’t drop off a cliff the second I’m in a calorie deficit.

Highly recommend!!
