Doesn’t work at all
Every time I tried to identify a photo of scat, it always came back as 99% sure it’s an unidentified animal…gee thanks, super helpful. I tried several different photos too. Don’t waste your time. It also makes you agree that in 3 days you will be charged unless you cancel beforehand.

Hi there, Thanks for the honest feedback and we totally get the frustration. If our AI can’t confidently identify the scat, it falls back to “unidentified” instead of guessing, especially when image quality, lighting or angle make it hard. That’s not the experience we want you to have, though. We’re constantly improving the model and will take your case seriously to fine-tune its performance.
