I have an iPhone 12ProMax and the sound will not play. My baby boy loves farm animals. Very disappointed.

Older model iPads.. go to settings select general, scroll down to: use side switch select lock rotation which will uncheck mute..only thing would be when you want to rotate screen or pictures you’ll have to change the settings back..
For newer iPads swipe down from the top right corner of your iPad diagonal to bring up your control center and unmute the bell(ringer)

I love this game so purchased additional software. But it has not given me access to additional games. I feel really cheated!
To my horror, since paying, not only did it give me access to additional games, I have no sound. Please can anyone help me with this! I have it on my iPad and checked all settings. Nowhere to complain!

These little kids don't know all these animals!!! With the sound they make you need to write the name of the animal and also sound out the name so they can learn it...

We have loved this app for a long time. However, after the last update the sound is no longer working on all devices. It is very frustrating for my toddler.
