Love App 💖

I love this app! It’s one of my favorites. Each card holds great wisdom and insight; I love that each card correlates with a constellation in the night sky. A must-have!!

Not restoring app

I enjoyed this app quite a bit until the last upgrade, when it didn’t recognize my version and said I needed to purchase the app. There was a button that said “Restore purchase” but when I clicked, it wouldn’t take me anywhere. I went to the App Store and clicked the “Open” button and it again took me to the Restore Purchase page. When I clicked on the ‘App Support’ button it took me to a website showcasing their products but with no way to contact them so I’m caught in an endless loop. I have the latest version of iPad, so my device isn’t the problem.
Unfortunately two other oracle apps by this same developer were upgraded at the same time and are similarly dysfunctional. I saw the developer fix to another user in the reviews, but it didn’t work (there was no place to enter the code). I’m not going to re-purchase this or the other two apps. I’ll probably post this same review for the other two oracle decks by the same developer that are broken.

Hi Shambhala50, This is the same response as the Mystic Angels which had the same issue. Sorry for the glitch, it's a pet peeve of mine when technology doesn't work the way it should. We discovered that if a user bought the app, but later deleted it, and then tried to re-download it after the 2019 upgrade, the App Store wouldn't recognize the previous purchase. We have now made the app free. Email us at feedbackhearthproductions@gmail.com and I will send you a free code for our new animated deck. Take care, David

Unable to use

I purchased this app a few years ago & now it doesn’t work. I try to restore my purchase & nothing happens. I really enjoyed the deck & am bummed I can’t use it.

Restoring purchase not working

Hi, I have purchased 3 apps already and now they are all asking me to restore purchase but it is not restoring and directing me to purchase again. Can someone get back to me as no email or contact details are available on your website.

Not restoring purchase

Any idea why the restore purchase button does nothing? There must have been an iOS upgrade and now the app doesn’t open. It just brings up a white screen with two options: purchase or restore purchase. Unfortunately the restore purchase button hasn’t done anything.
