I was double charged for a purchase. I have tried to get this resolved and feel like this is a scam. The phone # listed is not working. Support closes the ticket with no resolution and gives you less than an hour to respond. Support is requesting information that I never received (no receipt provided).

It’s good, but!
I was introduced to this game through another app advertising it, it’s honestly a good game they’re generous with their rewards and it’s easy to understand and plenty of events, MY 1 ISSUE IS….the amount of pop ups whether it’s rewards,purchases,deals,or ad recommendations. There truly are NO ADS they’re an option which I love but clicking through at LEAST 6 pop ups is tiring…

Too many pop-up ads/notifications
As soon as I open the app, I get around 8-9 pop ups asking me to make in-app purchases or do an event that often requires in-app purchases after a few free rounds. When you run out of energy you’ll again be bombarded by another 5-8 pop-ups asking if you want to buy energy or asking you to like them on Facebook or whatever. It’s extremely irritating.
