Kid loved it but now no sound

We even bought the full thing since it doesn’t cost that much but very shortly after we did all sound disappeared from the app. I’ve tried restarting the phone, deleting and redownloading the app. And this has been going on for months. I was hoping an update might come but still nothing.

This game is AMAZING!! All the bad reviews are cap (not true) I saw this lady’s review and it said “the play button doesn’t work” ITS A PUZZLE you have to drag the exit button into the other exit button 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱but you should add more levels my fav was the Antarctica level ❄️❄️🐧🐧🐻‍❄️🐻‍❄️
