What Happened?
I’m now out $41 because the machine never turned on for self serve wash at $14, now I can’t even use the $27 I paid to load my wallet in the app because I continue to get an error message saying I can’t use it at this location. It’s the only location in Durango that supposedly uses the app. So they have my money and I still can’t wash my car.
