The newest update released *today* is perfect.
Not a fan of the newest update
Personally I did not like the newest update that came out in which the home pins was reworked. I do not like that now pins do not show the images from the pin but now you have to click on them for it to load which is counterintuitive in my opinion. If not for this update I would rate the app a 5. It would be appreciated if there was a reversal or a way to change the home pins back to the older version.

I adore this app and have for years, I hope to amend my review to 5 stars if they can add pin previews back, as the removal of them is not as good of a change.

Doesn't seem to be working
As of 2026, this doesn't seem to work, at least for shimmie2 ru sites. Whenever I search for a tag it hits me with "30 posts were blocked by local filters."

Love the app. Is there any way to add the “OR” function to searches? This would be an awesome addition.

This app is a game changer. I’ve been using Pixiv and Sankaku for years and they have huge flaws like ads, restrictions and paid subscriptions. This app however is incredible!
If you put a source and it says “404 no results”, toggle the restricted content when adding servers! Of course not all servers work, but the ones that do is 99% of the content.

Was the last thing shown before you left the app, the audio will still be playing before they enter the PIN code… might have to do with stream mode?
Doesn't do anything
App doesn't do a thing. Tried all kinds of searches, tried changing servers, changing settings, logging in and out. Literally every search just pulls up "no results" and the "help" section is absolutely useless. There's nothing in my settings that's blocking anything. Can you maybe put something in the help section on how to actually get an image to show up when you search tags?? Maybe basic instructions for a first time user?

Okay, this is an amazing app! But there is a problem that puts it down from five to three for me. I have had this app for around a year or a couple of months. I used to open this app all of the time for pictures on my IPhone for fun! Though, recently I have stopped using it. A week or two ago I opened it back up, but kept getting error messages or the “not found” but I could’ve sworn when I used it there was a whole bunch. I just decided to leave it alone for a bit, assuming it was some type of glitch. I opened the app back up today, and I wanted to see if it fixed up and I could use the app again. And guess what? The same problem was still there but this time.. the error messages wasn’t there and it was just the “not found” message everywhere but my favorites! I decided to mess around with it and see if it would fix up anything. So after re-installations, iPhone restarts, checking typos, and trying everything I could think of into the search…
Nothing was fixed…
So now I’m left with some sorta probably corrupted (or at least glitched or broken) app.
If you guys read through this whole thing, thanks so much for your time! But did anyone else issue my problem?

Great app. Been using for years. Recent update has made it where I can’t play WEBM videos.

Tags in your searches are sent unencrypted to the developers servers for autocompletion. Even for private boorus
