Misleading
First I want to say that this app is free and doesn’t ask for personal info to sell and I find that very refreshing. I like the app and use it a few times a week.
That said there are some weak points, the biggest one is the credit system which is not explained anywhere. An image may cost .5 credits, and you have 5 credits a day, but generating an image will use a full credit, not the .5 credits it claims. These credits also regenerate over time. When it says .5 credits I’m not able to make an image. Furthermore, even if I have regenerated a full credit I will get told I’ve exceeded usage limits also not defined anywhere and only after sitting through an ad, certainly not before. So they still get their clicks and I get nothing. Frequently if there is an error I will just get an all black image, this still counts against my limits and uses the charge.
I should also note regardless of the prompts, the output is always in the same art style, you can verify this yourself because they give you sample prompts with different style images they claim to make and your results won’t look like that.
It’s still a fun generator and I would recommend others to try it, but just be aware of what it really is and how it really works.
