Junk!!!
Doesn’t work, I’ve complained several times. I want my money back and I’ve gotten no response back. Won’t do any picture any time of the day on any filter. Don’t buy it!!
Disappointed
I paid for a subscription for nothing. I never even got to see my photos. Very disappointing.
Not working
The app has stopped working for me
Bummed
I loved this app, but had to stop using it for a few months. Re initiated use, paying for a new week, only to have it keep telling me that it's generated the photo requested that will be in my history shortly, and have blanks show up in my history. Reached out to support and heard nothing back
Beware! Hidden subscription fees
I decided to try this app with the 7-day free trial. I was horrified to see that when I’d chosen the “7-day” “free” trial, the transaction processed as a “7-day” subscription instead! I’m not sure how that happened, but it’s extremely sketchy wording that implied I was getting a 7-day FREE TRIAL, but what I got was a $7.99 7-day subscription!
I tried the app out and was beyond disappointed. There is hardly anything useful, just a few options for enhancing/cartoonizing a selfie, all of which I found to be badly-done results. I had seen enough. I went to cancel the subscription immediately. It was within an hour of subscribing to the free 7-day trial. That’s when I realized what had happened; the 7-day “free trial” had been a 7-day substitution.
I contacted apple and was pointed to the “report a problem” page. I explained how I had intended to get the 7-day free trial, but had been charged 7.99 for a 7-day subscription. I explained that I did not like the app and had immediately decided I didn’t want it, and that’s when I saw that I had been charged 7.99 for what I thought was a free trial. Apple refused to refund me. Which is absolutely terrible practice. I appealed, and again was told they wouldn’t refund it, and no appeals were left. They remove the purchase so you can’t report it again. This is absolutely a scam, and Apple needs a class-action suit and I’ll gladly get that started, but this app developer is liable, too. They knew that putting a 7-day paid subscription as an option is confusing for a typical user looking for the 7-day free trial.
