Dear User, there are many voice changing characters which are completely free to play with. As well as recording and sharing is also completely free. As well as there are no full screen video ads which are distracting. On top of that, there is only one-time payment for premium voices, which is not a subscription. Means if you pay once, you don't to pay again and you can use the app unlimited times for free. Even use the app after many years, you dont need to pay again.

Dear Sir/Mam, kindly share what is the issue you are facing. Kindly try current update version 2.5 which improves the app from the ground up. Previous version might work too but updating will be adding many new features.
