Arda is the most generous Pilates instructor with his knowledge and skill set. North Vancouver is lucky to have this high quality instruction. I am personally travelling from Kitsilano Vancouver to attend this private and group classes.
The design and equipment is first class. When you enter the studio it feels like you are entering a spa. The staff is friendly and welcoming. See you all in the next class.
