It’s a bit glitchy, drops out, half the app works at the moment, very disappointing to be honest.

The Anker App has an easy to use UI and is full of comprehensive options to manage my Anker Solix X1 battery and my Anker Solix V1 EV Smart Charger.
Not yet an ecosystem
I have the 160W Prime Charger, the 150W Prime Charging Base, the 20K Prime Power Bank, and two 3-in-1 Cubes with MagSafe. I spent around £375 all-in and the hardware justifies it.
The app is another story.
On the 160W charger you can turn off ports via a timer, which is genuinely useful and great for the environment. But that feature doesn't exist on the other two devices. The assumption when buying multiple products from the same range is that the app experience carries across. It doesn't, and that undermines the whole point of staying loyal to a brand.
The specific ask is simple: bring the port timer, and ideally a proper scheduling feature, to all three devices. Turn off ports between set times, keep batteries in the 30 to 70% range for long term health, and you've built something that's not just premium hardware but a genuinely responsible ecosystem.
Lecture, over. Now to you Anker!

Super App
Alles funktioniert bestens, bis auf eine Sache. Da ich kein Smartmeter verbauen kann/möchte gibt’s ja seit dem letzten Update die Möglichkeit den everHome EcoTracker dafür zu nutzen. Leider kann ich ihn nicht bei Eigenverbrauch einbinden. Es bricht immer ohne Meldung bei der Autorisierung ab und lande wieder im Anfangsscreen von Eigenverbrauch. Unter Geräte wird der EcoTracker geführt und zeigt da alles korrekt an. Nutze ein IPhone 16. Eventuell gibts da Probleme mit der Apple Software? Support ist angeschrieben und hat alle Daten. Es kann nur eine Kleinigkeit sein, den der EcoTracker und auch die Anker Solarbank 3 funktionieren ansonsten tadellos!
Nachtrag:
EverHome Ecotracker funktioniert nun tadellos mit der Solarbank 3 Pro. Jetzt läuft es auch effizient.

Klasse mit richtigen Geräten
Also bin schon seit 2 Jahren mit Anker unterwegs, angefangen klassisch mit Solarbank 2 pro und 2000 W Modul Leistung, es gibt Tage da könnte ich am liebsten alles hin schmeißen wegen softwareseitig Probleme aber mittlerweile läuft alles richtig gut - gebe zu bin auch kein Computer Fritze - Power Dock AE 100 dazu Solarbank 3 pro und jetzt auch noch 4 pro, System liefert in dieser Konstellation 3,7 kWh ins Haus, habe SB 2 abgeklemmt mit zusätzlichen Erweiterung Speichern (noch die alten 1,6 -er) obwohl die noch gut mitmachen sogar mit SB4 , Aber Power Dock richtig installiert schlägt mit richtig verbauten Smart Meter alles was auf dem markt so angeboten wird -also für mich

Bought several S2000’s the MOU feature is awesome, it can use updates like seasons, select specific months, and days of the week.
Great products & manuals
My F3800 Plus (Portable Battery Generator) combined with the Home Power Panel (Transfer Switch) and a back up sub-panel has given me peace of mind. Using time of day rates, it has also reduced my utility bill by charging when rates are low and discharging when rates are high. The installation manuals along with Anker Solix and third party YouTube videos has made installation easy. Lastly my email and phone support has been great.

The app refuses to connect to my phone via Bluetooth

When I ordered it I thought I was getting a surprise of multi different charger’s for the price as per the promo .
The star rating is not against the the product the product is great and I have many anker products all have worked flawlessly and I recommend them to anyone, but I think the ad department needs to take accountability for this review.
