Keeps Crashing
This is my favourite shift planner app to use, super easy compared to others I’ve used.
HOWEVER, it seems to crash every 6 months, not allowing me to view my shifts, saying it’s only for “financial members”. The only solution is deleting & re-downloading the app which then deletes all my data. It’s super annoying and inconvenient. It’s happened a few times now. Plz fix this bug!!

Not happy
Already halfway through December and the app won’t allow you to add shifts for 2021!! Not happy. I have even tried logging off and logging back in again. Very frustrating!!
Will not allow me to login
I love this app when it is working but currently it says cannot access shift planner unless I am a financial member, which I am. Can you please fix this. I would give 5 stars if it were working.
Need next year
For forward planning this needs to have the following year as stops Dec 2019

Move shift order
Can we please get more colour options for the shifts and have the option to move the order of shift types around so that the most common types are at the top for when putting in the roster. The last shift type I added is the most common and I have to scroll all the way to the end to select, I want to move it up the line. Very frustrating.

Love the app, works well but needs more shift types please!!
Customise week start day please!
This a great app and simple to use, but it would be great to start the week on a Monday, when many rosters and pay periods start. It is very confusing when this app does not align visually with other calendars!
Where is Jan 2018?!

Randomly deleted everything.
Deleted everything off my calendar out of the blue! Lost all my shifts and notes. I'm not particularly happy.

Good start, but needs to be a little better considering your support base and their expectations
1) it is now November 2016, we are getting 2017 schedules. Where is Jan 2017 on the calendar?
2) need "contact" area where members can contact anmf
3) customise shifts- need more shift types
4) ability to customise calendar. Most work weeks /pay cycles start Monday, not Sunday.
5) ability to set up pay estimates. User can enter aspects of shift amounts as per award and get approximate gross pay. Would be lovely feature so we know if saying "yes" to picking us a shift is worth it or not.

Not user friendly at all. Needs work.

1. Not able delete/edit any notes - please fix!
2. More than 6 types of shifts needed
3. Ideally an option to set calendar from mon-sun would be great

Needs improvement
The idea of the app is fantastic however almost every time I try to check my shifts I have to log out then back in as it says my membership is not financial

Great to see my Union getting involved in the App sphere with this handy tool.
Is the financial member really matter?
I believe almost all the user is financial member, and the function is just roster calendar. Plenty of other free apps has this function. Why I need to re log in everyday to access the shift record. If not fix , I am not going to use this app any more
Major Problem
Seemingly randomly can't access the calendar because "that feature is only available to financial members" (I am a financial member!) To rectify, you have to log off & log back in the app each time this happens DON'T delete & re-install, you will lose any shifts you have entered! Please fix this issue (& while you're at it, more shift types, thanks)

Would be lovely to be able to set the calendar to show mon - sun instead of just sun - sat!
Unreliable
Potential to be a great app for nurses however it is completely unreliable. It constantly kicks me out and says i am not a financial member and to get it working again i have to delete it then download again and set it up again. Only to have it happen again next time i want to use it. If this was fixed it would be great as it is easy to enter shifts quickly.
