Great App for weaning!
I’ve been using the AK app for about a month now and really enjoy the recipes for my 7 month old. The food tracking and serving features are also fun resources! One annoying point would be on latency - it’s takes a few secs to load when the app starts.

App doesn’t work even when paying
I’ve had this for a couple of years, never loads the recipes, constantly having to force close it and try again. It’s been updated and now I can’t see anything at all. I pay for this yearly so don’t bother wasting your money.
Very helpful app!
I have been using this app for the past couple of weeks to help with baby led weaning. It has so many recipes but also gives you specific information per food type (veg or fruit etc) in terms of quantity to give and how to serve depending on age. It’s great to have it all under one app, would really recommend!

My 7 month old boy has been enjoying all the recipes I tried. Definitely a hit! Highly recommend!
Impossible to sign up
I just want to subscribe it’s impossible to do so. The free trial button doesn’t work and there’s no other way to do so.
Excellent app
We just started our weaning journey with our first born and this app is excellent. Lots of comprehensive recipes for this part and for more advanced eaters. Examples of how to cut veg or fruit for the different stages. Easy to maneuver and good general advice to. Would really recommend!
Disappointed
Was ok to begin with but after a week recipe pictures were no longer visible and all the tabs on the homepage were unable to be clicked on. Contacted HQ 3 days ago but no response
Lovely app for first time weaning!
I found this app very helpful and reassuring. There are so many different opinions on weaning and how best to do it - it was nice to focus my energy all in one place and follow a guide but still be able to have the freedom to choose what I want for my baby.
A go to app for great recipes
The Annabel Karmel app/ cookbook is very straight forward to navigate. We love the recipes and find them clear, fun and really simple to follow . A good range of recipes to cater for all the family.

Great for the whole family
We’ve been using this app for a while now to feed our family of 5. It’s always great to turn to when I’m lost for ideas or need some simple recipes to follow during the week. Really recommend it x
Glitchy app. Waste on money. Paid 1 year subscription didn’t cook 1 recipe
Awful app. I paid for a whole year subscription and could never get the app to work. It was beyond frustrating and a waste of money.
False advertising ‘free guide’
1: I put in my details to receive the “FREE 20 first foods guide” all I received was a email trying to get me to purchase the app, with no guide in sight. I was able to look at the app without starting the free trial and the guide is no where to be seen. This is false marketing and has put me off purchasing the subscription. If you want customers, be honest.
2: Also after reading other reviews I’m happy to pass. Sounds like a scam.
3 Final note: Making people pay for a puree (eg. Apple and banana) is crazy. All you have to do is steam it and blend it… crazy.

Great recipes, extremely slow app
This is the slowest app I have ever used, even after several updates. It takes ages to load and open recipes. The slowness ruins an otherwise good app full of great recipes.
Needs technical improvements
The recipes are fantastic yet the app itself is so slow and crashy
Okay
I enjoy the recipes that the app provides but I do find it frustrating that whenever I save a recipe to my favorites or the shopping list it isn’t there in the future. So I keep having to go back and search the recipes I wanted to try instead of being kept in my favorites. Super frustrating

Great recipes but needs tech issues sorting
Great recipes but app is constantly crashing so looking at cancelling subscription because of this such a shame.
Won’t be renewing my subscription
Many of the recipe methods are wrong, don’t correspond to the recipe or have missing steps. Very frustrating and shouldn’t be so hard to get a basic recipe right
App constantly crashes
The app has fantastic recipes and I use the app religiously but it’s very frustrating when the app is constantly crashing. The search function no longer works either. I never used to have problems with it crashing or the search function
Great Recipes!
The recipes in this app are so great. They are easy to make, so fun and really creative. My kids love cooking these recipes with me!
