Misleading
I downloaded the app and got the three day free trial just to try it out first. Within the hour it wouldn’t let me watch the footage for more than 10 seconds at a time and was saying that my trial was up and i needed to purchase. Bogus. Just make people pay from the beginning if that is how it goes!

Horrible video quality, connection drops, impossible to get refund don’t waste your money.

App works fine. I tried the 3 day free trial. They charged me annual after 2.5 days. I contacted them and never heard back.
Terrible app and inconsistent
There is constantly something wrong with the app. From the night vision that doesn’t work, to buggy functionality it is hard to rely on this app. I’ve only used as the last option if I forgot my other monitor.

Лучшее из худших.
Попробовал более десяти различных видеонянь. Из всех что представлены в эплстор это лучшее но косяков масса. Ранее работало нормально. Вероятно, после обновлений работает не стабильно. Мобильный-мобильный не могу подключиться вообще. Мобильный+вайфай худо бедно работает. Раз в пол года надо переустанавливать даже на айфоне! Иначе просто отказывается подключаться.

When I discovered this baby monitor app, I was amazed! Finally, a budget-friendly option for $4.99 a week! Even my coffee costs more than that! So the price is perfect, not to mention the features, especially the built-in lullabies and white noise—no need to spend money on a white noise machine. You won't find a better baby monitor app, I highly recommend it!

Scammers/hackers
Super scammers. They hacked, took money from card that i did not provided information for. No real support, no answers to my questions, no option to restore account. Terrible terrible experience. Everything is fake! Only real thing is that they are hacking and taking money from your baby. 0 moral

L application fonctionne bien mais en pleine utilisation il te demande de repayer sinon tu perds la connexion et J ai déjà un abonnement annuel. Résultat tu obliger de repayer si tu ne veux pas perdre la connexion avec tes enfants. Inadmissible surtout quand tu as ton enfant de l autre côté. Je déconseille.

Hi ,i am a subscriber. I have technical issue which I am not able to enter my email and password to log in the apps, as no column for me to enter like before. Also I cannot file technical support request in the apps . It keep saying in internal server issues. And I tried to contact you via website also similar issue appeared. Trial was bad so why would I pay
Tried this out as we forgot our baby camera in a hotel. Both commected to same wireless with a solid connection, both on the same account. The camera was a waste of time & the audio transmision was average at best. Notifications of 'baby awake' were incorrect 90% of the time. Couldn't see anything with the alleged 'night vision' mode which only worked here & there. Running on iphone 15 pro max i dont really see a good excuse for this. Why would I pay for this if the trial was this bad.

Ethically horrifying
Everything was ready to go and synced, and then the $300 requirement. Sure there’s a 3 day free trial. But everything was ready to go. There’s a word for such underhanded financial tactics.

No idea of the price for a subscription until its to late and your connected. It looked like $300 for the set up.
Garbage
I left my home. I started the recording then I stepped the recording. I hit to save the video and there’s no video. It’s not on my phone. It’s not in the app. It’s not on the other phone. It doesn’t exist. And there was crucial information that I needed to see on that video. So that’s pretty useless. I’m not gonna even mention the disconnecting even though my phone at home was connected to fiber, and my other phone was also on a quick network. I can literally watch a live stream online and it works in real time, but I can even though it’s basically the same thing.

Functional But Expensive
Works as advertised, but if you are looking for a basic baby monitor this is way over priced. 64$ a year subscription, when there are similar apps on the App Store with one time fees of <10$, or dedicated audio devices you can buy online for 30$ that don’t tie up the use of one of your smart devices.
Also not really game breaking but the “soothing” music is laughably fast paced and activating, not really suited for baby sleep.
