Maastricht University finds it important that you're aware of these issues. Together with your manager, you can chart your career progression and challenges in the annual appraisal. The annual appraisal is a dialogue between you and your manager structured around four themes: looking back, looking ahead, your short-term development and your long-term development. You can use this app to record during the year how you are doing.
