Lack of customization
I think the app would be great, but I couldn’t tell you because I couldn’t even customize a single thing until I paid for the subscription. Hence why I docked a star. I like to be able to customize every detail of the app - especially if I am going to use it daily, I want it to be aesthetically pleasing to me before deciding on purchasing anything.

You can only write in this journal, the themes and daily reminders is all in the premium version where you have to pay. I don’t recommend this because it doesn’t have any good themes. 1star people 1star!!!!!

I didn’t think I’d like the can’t-edit-a-previous day feature. But I think it’ll keep me more accountable. What is, is. What was, was. I like that.

For someone who is lazy and forgetful, this app is perfect. It’s cute and smol and easy to use and I will use it until the end of time.

Love the whole tiny commitment concept. I need this focus on simple and “forward”—it’s actually cool & strangely liberating that I can’t go back and edit yesterday.

For the first time in a while I’ve written something every day. This app is perfect for journaling of course but I also use it for writing short poems or ideas that come to me. The simplicity of the app makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Love the color feature as well :-) yee

Every journal app I’ve ever tried is so complicated. I never end up sticking to it. I love how this is so simple! Nothing extra. I’m already keeping a journal better than I ever have. Looks great too!
