Top up with CC failed
This apps is so bad, cause top up with CC and the choice of CC is available on the apps. Top up succeed, but after checked the top up was failed. In this apps also can't transaction log. So customer cannot check if the top up or any transaction proceed by when and if its succeed or not.

Right now order is not work properly
It has been occured so many times! I ordered through the Apps with Right Now order, but the ordes were not appear in the counter. So my order at then end was created when i am in the counter.

Useless, can’t pay via application. The menteng staff said the reward point will be added in 24 hours, but until know, there is no extra stamp reward.

versi update masih error
setelah sekian lama menghilang dari app store, muncul lagi dengan versi update, tapi pada versi baru ini, verifikasi via otp tidak berhasil karena sms yang ditunggu tidak muncul & hal ini sudah dicoba berkali-kali berhari-hari .. mohon perbaikan & development-nya dilakukan dengan serius
Still lots of improvement
Applikasinya masih sangat terbatas. Paymentnya masih harus top-up. in-store & time-based promo gak berlaku kalo pesennya pake app, aka malah jadi lbh mahal.
Akhirnya applikasi ini hanya jadi tempat buat nyimpen poin reward dan redeem poin aja.

Often coffee not ready when picked up :(
I use this app so i can just pick up the coffee otw to work, but often barista not having my coffee ready when I arrive, even though I choose “make coffee right now” option. Sometimes the coffee shop is busy so I understand but other times it is quite and the barista just fail to check the apps and not making the coffee until we arrive.

I cannot match my previous point with this app, because I can’t change my email address. it keeps telling me the account is already in use. I’ve spoken to multiple store staffs, on multiple occasions, reported it by email and nothing happens.
