Great app that needs dark mode
Great app. Works consistently and reliably. Never have problems with this unless I created them. I think the settings menu layout and organization is kind of wonky, but not nearly enough to remove a star. Two suggestions: 1) Please stop making it so a user has to turn the camera on in order to turn it off. This makes absolutely no sense. Just move that option. 2) Dark mode because it’s 2026.

My camera keeps randomly goes off line, WiFi signal is strong and my app is updated .. what’s going on

Open app and it states to go to store to update the app. Go to store, zero update. What is this?

Decent system
We have phenomenal fiber internet at our house so the only down side to this camera system is that it constantly has to reload 3 times at very slow speeds and can take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes for the video to load before you can see who is at your door or stopped by while you were away or at work. The picture clarity is amazing and no issues with the live camera showing up right away. Notifications are the only issue as they take too long to open let alone load to allow you to watch what happened

No way to update
App keeps telling me to update but there’s no way to update!!

The camera freezes all the time! And the wires rip easily

Genuinely the worst camera I’ve ever used, had a mid sized lorry deliver at my property but had no notification, missed deliveries because I had no motion notification pop up so couldn’t tell the driver where to leave the parcel, can’t speak through it clearly, the cameras are located on the outside wall of where the internet is situated yet never goes above 60% signal strength although my internet provides speeds of over 400mb! They are both solar powered but one of the cameras doesn’t charge its self so continuously having to take it down to charge! Just an all round terrible camera so I wouldn’t recommend at all

It’s just junk and customer service sucks. I had two cameras go bad in 6 months and I bought Ai, can’t even tell I have it. And the one camera would say person walking had the AI on it. Idk if I even have AI now and my other camera says motion detected is all. And I paid twice got one refund. It’s not worth it.
