Introducing Body Forecast. Forecast your body's natural waves: air pressure, temperature swings, air quality (PM2.5), sleep, your menstrual cycle, and an estimate of autonomic balance. Anshin Tap gives you a heads-up before the ups and downs that come in cycles, so you can pace your day. - Air pressure (weather-pain care): a heads-up before low-pressure days, with a 3-day forecast. - Temperature swings and air quality (PM2.5): a gentle nudge on sharp-temperature or hazy days. - Sleep: from last night's hours, a hint on how to pace your day. - Menstrual cycle: gentle estimates for PMS, your next period, and ovulation. Enter your last period date and estimates start from day one. - Autonomic balance (HRV): quietly notice days when your body feels more tense than usual. Quiet by design. Calm days stay silent. A gentle heads-up arrives around 8am, only when you need it. You can tune the sensitivity and turn notifications on or off for each item. Watch over each other, softly. Turn on sharing, and a gentle message about a tough day can reach someone you choose. Pick the relationship and choose what to share per person. It is fully opt-in and only arrives if the receiver allows it. Your raw data and location are never sent. A calendar that reassures. Now see your last period, predicted next period, PMS and ovulation, and your sleep and PM2.5 history, all in one place. Other improvements - Log how you feel now with one tap, and it is saved to your history. - Journal entries now appear on the calendar. - Quick-log your period from your watch. A watch setup guide was added in Settings. - Clearer wording that location is used only for weather forecasts, never to pinpoint you or notify others. - Fixed layout issues in the breathing guide and mood selector, and polished various screens. Make your body's and heart's rhythm a gentle ally.
