-100 score, I have been trying to use the desktop extension with no resolution. I paid for a monthly subscription and still have no access to the service I paid for.
I contacted customer service over a month ago, and they continue to claim they cannot locate my purchase. I have provided proof of purchase, bank statements showing the charge, and payment information, yet I still have no access and have not received a refund.
After more than a month of going back and forth, absolutely nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and has failed to provide either the service I paid for or a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. I would not recommend paying for a subscription when they cannot even resolve a verified purchase.

Nothing works like the ad shows. Super hard to navigate. Iβve been trying to cancel for months now and there is no cancel button anywhere

I never agreed to a subscription and theyβre trying to pull money from my account without even me agreeing. I didnβt even use it. I downloaded it and deleted it.

Scam doesnβt work
I just purchased the app and so far nothing works. I feel like they just took my money and scammed me. I donβt even know how to get my money back. They say they donβt issue refunds. Iβm having the exact same issues others are having. I purchased the $60 year subscription and I canβt even upload files on the app or on a laptop. It keeps asking me to buy subscriptions but I already paid! Why canβt I use what I paid for!? There is no phone number to call. I sent an email but I doubt anything will be resolved.
