Do not get
I got this app because everyone mentioned that it would help with your homework and with your studying. I’m studying for midterms and when I was trying to attach my notes and study guide to make flash cards, it would take longer to load and it would send me an error message. Please just use quizlet!

Waste of money
Don’t waste your money. App sucks. Customer service is ever worse. If you pay for the app they want you to pay for the computer too. Absolutely not. Big hype. And big letdown. Canceled my subscription same day I downloaded it. The customer service doesn’t even respond to you.
Can’t open the app
I used to love it. But now after deleting and Installing twice the app still won’t open. It opens for a second and closes out. Disappointed

-100 score, I have been trying to use the desktop extension with no resolution. I paid for a monthly subscription and still have no access to the service I paid for.
I contacted customer service over a month ago, and they continue to claim they cannot locate my purchase. I have provided proof of purchase, bank statements showing the charge, and payment information, yet I still have no access and have not received a refund.
After more than a month of going back and forth, absolutely nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and has failed to provide either the service I paid for or a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. I would not recommend paying for a subscription when they cannot even resolve a verified purchase.
