Can’t open the app
I used to love it. But now after deleting and Installing twice the app still won’t open. It opens for a second and closes out. Disappointed

-100 score, I have been trying to use the desktop extension with no resolution. I paid for a monthly subscription and still have no access to the service I paid for.
I contacted customer service over a month ago, and they continue to claim they cannot locate my purchase. I have provided proof of purchase, bank statements showing the charge, and payment information, yet I still have no access and have not received a refund.
After more than a month of going back and forth, absolutely nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful and has failed to provide either the service I paid for or a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. I would not recommend paying for a subscription when they cannot even resolve a verified purchase.

Garbage
Nothing works like the ad shows. Super hard to navigate. I’ve been trying to cancel for months now and there is no cancel button anywhere

I never agreed to a subscription and they’re trying to pull money from my account without even me agreeing. I didn’t even use it. I downloaded it and deleted it.

I purchased an annual subscription for this app and it keeps crashing. I cleared my phone and everything already but it’s not working. Please give me my money back.
