The app has issues with logging in and it kicked me out at least five times
No way to log in bc it keeps saying apple error
I have a subscription and I tried to sign back into my account and it keeps not letting me sign in on my phone and I paid for this subscription. So you guys basically stole my money.

Bad customer support
My child signed up for this with my credit card. I got charged $170 and when I contacted emailed customer support for assistance they never got back to me.
Subscription
I recently got the free trial and i tried canceling it before it was over but on the website and on its official app there is no way to cancel any subscription. I tried contacting their email but they have never responded. The app doesn’t even work on my computer it only say try again when trying to use it. Do not get this app

Cannon cancel, will not contact to cancel, charged for another year of service, and I did not authorize them to do so.

Worse app ever they want to charge a amount monthly and then you can not use unlimited questions because then you have to pay extra🤦🏼♀️
