Do NOT get this app. The help support is useless and doesn’t actually help. I canceled my account months ago and no longer even have access to it, yet I was still charged. When I try to log in now, it tries to force me to pay $40 again even though I was just charged. And the $40 should last a year (Nov 2026). There’s no clear way to fix it, no real customer support, and the app just keeps looping me back to the payment screen. Extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I got the app Nov 2024 then canceled my subscription in Jan 2025. I was charged again in Nov 2025 after it was already canceled. I asked for a refund, which I should be provided, and they are not giving it

Barely works and steals your money
The scanner gets the question wrong too frequently, it’s really slow and freezes a lot, gives inconsistent and unclear answers, doesn’t explain solving steps fully before it gets cut off, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, it’s a scam you can’t cancel your subscription once you purchase it and it will drain your card and steal your money forever until you die

Super hard to cancel service, ive been trying for weeks to cancel. This will get you a 70% at best.

WASTE OF MONEY
I paid for this and the app on the iPhone does NOT work. It says I have no active subscriptions but charged my credit card.
Horrible service
Was charged twice as the first purchase was not allowing me to use the app further. I then was charged again. I can’t use the app but was charged 39.99 twice. They responded to my first email with receipts and since have not responded to me at all. About to report this to my bank as fraud.

The camera sizing options weren’t helpful and after my first use they immediately started begging for money garbage app do not download.
